You collaborated with us to produce a creative menu, and your pre dinner hors d'oeuvres and amuses-bouches were an outstanding beginning to a dinner that could not have been better. You provided tableware, cutlery and crystal that complemented the dinner and made the event a feast for the eyes, that complemented the wonderful food you prepared and served. We want to thank you for being creative and for working with our needs—you were able to create an elegant and delicious dinner that catered to our requirement that high fat foods be avoided. Your risotto croquettes were a masterpiece, as was the salmon and beef, and most importantly, the delectable sauces. You were able to make the preparation seamless and efficient. You only took 90 minutes to set up for the entire dinner—and you left our mother's home spotless and you left us and our guests with many happy memories of a wonderful evening. We had just hosted a dinner the night before at Le Cordon Bleu, and you should be proud to know that our guests were locked in debate about which chef would take the honours in an Iron Chef contest.
